[PVE-User] Missing firmware?!

I've upgraded kernel on some PVE7 installation and:

 Configurazione di pve-kernel-5.15.126-1-pve (5.15.126-1)...
 Examining /etc/kernel/postinst.d.

 W: Possible missing firmware /lib/firmware/tigon/tg357766.bin for module tg3

I've quickly looked at installed files and effectively firmware seems
missing:

 root at beppe:~# find / -name tg357766.bin
 root at beppe:~# grep tg357766.bin /var/lib/dpkg/info/*.list


I've not rebooted the server. I have to be afraid? Thanks.
