[PVE-User] Add vm to backup job through CLI.

Hi there!

I came across a customer request, to make some script in order to
automatizate the job to add a certain vm to the backup vzdump task.
So after some study about pvesh, I had made this little shell script,
which I wish could come in handy.
I put it in github:
