[PVE-User] Scheduled backup role fore user

Hi,

According to this wiki entry:
https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/User_Management

When creating user/group permissions, try assigning to that user/group 
any role that includes "VM.Backup" privilege.

Permission path could be everything (/), a specific VM (/vms/###), or  
Resource pool (/pool/name).
