[PVE-User] Windows7, memory ballooning, ksm, weird memory consumption

Hi,

This may be due to Windows zeroing memory on boot.

What memory usage do you have on Proxmox node? It there is 20% RAM free, 
then KSM won't hunt the rest of zeroed memory pages, nor will reclaim 
the memory the balloon driver (is it installed?)
