[PVE-User] PVE 2.0 Two-Node High Availability Cluster wiki page

Hi there,

Anyone know what this sentence means: "For this testing configuration, 
two DRBD resources were created, one for VM images an another one for 
VMs users data".
I know what "VM images"are but have no clue of what "VMs users data" is. 
Are files under /etc/pve path? Or /etc/qemu? Or what else?
