[PVE-User] Upgarde PVE and migrations step

Hi,

Ok, before I start moving all my XEN and OpenVZ server into the PVE, I would like to ask on the future upgrade. If I'm using PVE 0.9 beta, it is possible for me to upgrade into the new future version without reinstalling everything when the stable version is releases?

What is the best step to move the current XEN and OpenVZ container into the new fresh PVE server with minimum downtime?
