[PVE-User] Upgarde PVE and migrations step

Hi,

Proxmox VE is Debian 64 system and we follow the Debian way to deliver
upgrades - we provide a repository (already added in the sources.list -
deb ftp://pve.proxmox.com/debian etch pve).

> apt-get update
> apt-get upgrade
