Looks like you work still on an old version. Here is a sample log creating a KVM on beta2:

/usr/sbin/qm create 102 --ide0 32 --ostype wxp --memory 512 --onboot yes --cdrom de_winxp_pro_with_sp3_vl.iso --name xp-sp3 --vlan0 rtl8139=FA:21:F4:8F:9D:5C --smp 1 --bootdisk ide0
Formatting '/var/lib/vz/images/102/vm-102-disk.qcow2', fmt=qcow2, size=33554432 kB
VM 102 created

So please review/correct your sources.list again and run apt-get update and apt-get dist-upgrade again.
