[PVE-User] Upgrade now KVM machine won't start

However when I try to create a KVM machine from web interface I get these
errors:
/usr/bin/pvectl qmcreate 200 --mem 512 --disk 32 --onboot yes --name
temp.rocky.edu --cdrom cdrom --network model=rtl8139,tap --disktype ide
--ostype other
Unknown option: disk
Unknown option: network
Unknown option: disktype
unable to apply VM settings -
Also when I try to create a dummy KVM machine from web interface that fails
