[pve-devel] [PATCH widget-toolkit/manager] fixups for ACME UI

this series fixes some problems and improves the ACME UI, namely:
* auto update dc->Acme grids
* add emptyText
* adds missing stopUpdates
* improve order button enable logic
* reuse existing store for account verification
* add auto-create/destroy feature to the diffstore

path 3/7 from manager needs the widget-toolkit patches applied,
but all others do not need them
