Hi,

Here the hotplug rework.

this add lsi controller and scsi disk hotplug/unplug.

I made rework to manage errors on multiple disks add/remove. (no more die)

I also correct add_unused_volume, as it was always returning same id, when we want to remove multiple disks.

I had tried to make the commits as small and readable as possible.
