Last time I checked the plugin only worked under Fedora.
Not packaged for Ubuntu, nor for Windows, so making SPICE not very 
useful for most users.


+1 for novnc
Runs fine as long as you patch Proxmox to accept other authentication 
methods then x509 ( https://bugzilla.proxmox.com/show_bug.cgi?id=84 )
