AFAIK they have browser plugin. But maybe it is too early for that.

Last time I checked the plugin only worked under Fedora.<br>
Not packaged for Ubuntu, nor for Windows, so making SPICE not very
useful for most users.<br>

Runs fine as long as you patch Proxmox to accept other
