allowed - yes (both are public forums)
encouraged - no - all of us here at proxmox read both and try to help out
- if you post to both that leads to double effort. Of course if you don't

The command looks ok - and if the disk contents are ok you should be
able to use the resulting image.img as raw image for the guest (name it
appropriately and put it in the right path in a configured storage)

OTOH - if the contents of the LV /dev/pve/vm-102-disk-0 have a problem
then copying it won't help - but it's probably the first thing I'd try in
that situation.
