[PVE-User] proxmox cluster from LAN

For clustering to work you want all nodes to be in the same subnet. VPN can
take care of that, but you'll have to configure it yourself.
However corosync is very sensitive to latency and doesn't handle RTTs of 3ms
or more very well. Therefore you likely don't want to connect your nodes via
WAN.
