yes, this is normal.

the block job mirror is cancelled at the end, to avoid that source vm switch on the new disk.

Hello. 
I have just installed a test cluster with PVE 5.1 and Ceph (bluestore). 

3 nodes, 4 HD per node, 3 OSD, single gigabit ethernet, no ceph dedicated network (is only a test cluster). 

Cloning a VM (both Powered ON and OFF), returns "trying to acquire lock...drive-scsi0: Cancelling block job", but the clone seems ok.
