[PVE-User] PROXMOX 3.3 - Input/output error on disk

Hello !!
I have the following configuration:
a cluster PROXMOX with 2 nodes running version 3.3-5
In one node the situation is OK, while the second node show a strange 
situation concerning an old disk:
*ls -l*
ls: impossibile accedere a vm-100-disk-2.qcow2: Errore di input/output
-????????? ? ?    ?              ?            ? vm-100-disk-2.qcow2

How is it possible to remove definitively this disk and clean up the 
cluster situation ?
