[PVE-User] Reboot after network configuration modification.

Hello,
Is it really necessary to reboot a Proxmox server every time I modify
its network configuration?

I have just added a new bonding device for one of our Promox servers
using two free network cards and I have to reboot for apply the changes.
This is very frustrating because I have to stop all VMs (nearly 20) and
after the reboot verify that are all ok.

Is there another way of doing network configuration changes without
having to reboot?

Searching in Google I have found this:
