Ok :

# apt-get install ethtool
# ethtool --show-offload  vmbr0
# ethtool --offload  vmbr0 rx off  tx off

[...]

[udp sum ok] 

Thanks, i've learnt something. Not sure if this will help the cluster staying 
up, right ?
