[PVE-User] How to resolve HA cluster and fix backup

Hi Karl,

What are the permission bits of 
/etc/pve/nodes/blade6/qemu-server/1004.conf ?

Check inside the file whether a lock: backup file exists. If so, check 
that no pending vzdump commands are running, then delete that line.
