[PVE-User] Should I update to the 3.10 kernel?

Currently running a bunch of windows server and desktop VM's on a 2 node
cluster with kernel 2.6.

I have no need or desire for containers.

Is there any big advantage to upgrading to Kernel 3.10? performance?
features?
