Please use 

# iptaples-save

if you want to see the related iptables rules. We 
use INPUT, OUTPUT and FORWARD, but we
only handle traffic to/from host, and to/from VM.
We do not touch any unrelated traffic. But you can still setup
your own iptables rules if you want to do that.

But I think you can also use the 'security group' feature to
setup common rules for you DMZ VMs.
