[PVE-User] PVE upgrade to 3.0 fails

I'm just attempting to upgrade my pve 2.6 to 3

I downloaded and run "pve-upgrade-2.3-to-3.0"

it starts to download lots of files as I've seen it do it before on other systems..however this time it dies here:

When I attempt to go to this site manually I'm requested for a username/password.  How do I upgrade this system to 3.x?
