Changed what you asked for :

Behavior changed, but still unreliable :

After 4 hours, all 5 nodes became off-line .

The following are shown in the log

Mar 12 18:59:39 nodo-05 pmxcfs[1546]: [status] notice: received log
Mar 12 19:00:41 nodo-05 pmxcfs[1546]: [status] notice: received log
Mar 12 19:10:27 nodo-05 pmxcfs[1546]: [status] notice: received log
Mar 12 19:12:12 nodo-05 pvedaemon[3245]: <root at pam> successful auth
for user 'root at pam'
Mar 12 19:15:41 nodo-05 pmxcfs[1546]: [status] notice: received log
Mar 12 19:17:01 nodo-05 /USR/SBIN/CRON[15597]: (root) CMD (   cd / &&
run-parts --report /etc/cron.hourly)
Mar 12 19:21:25 nodo-05 pvestatd[3323]: WARNING: command 'df -P -B 1
/mnt/pve/Imagens' failed: got timeout

/mnt/pve/Imagens' failed: got timeout
Mar 12 19:24:35 nodo-05 kernel: ct0 nfs: server 192.168.100.20 not
responding, still trying
Mar 12 19:25:27 nodo-05 pmxcfs[1546]: [status] notice: received log
Mar 12 19:27:12 nodo-05 pvedaemon[3246]: <root at pam> successful auth
for user 'root at pam'
Mar 12 19:30:42 nodo-05 pmxcfs[1546]: [status] notice: received log
Mar 12 19:37:06 nodo-05 pmxcfs[1546]: [status] notice: received log
Mar 12 19:40:27 nodo-05 pmxcfs[1546]: [status] notice: received log

This time all VMs crashed, and the pve daemon CAN be restarted ...

If I ping to Storage from any of 5 nodes, it responds .

In another ordinary linux box I connected in the same 10 GB switcher for
test, all 2 nfs volumes can be mounted and I can copy anything to and from
it .

So Storage did not stop to working !!!!

I will try the Debian kernel from Backports, it is 3.2.x ...

My original question, IT IS POSSIBLE to install Proxmox 1.9 under Squeeze
?!?
