[PVE-User] System hangs / CPU 100% Windows 2008 Server

Hello Martin, we have the same problems in old promox with W2003 server 
under KVM,
and  the solution that we take is use a script under promox server in 
order to limit the
CPU usage with 'cpulimit' , giving the pid of kvm machine you want limit 
and the max %
that it can using. I know this is a 'chapuza' (botched job), but working.
