you can use backup restore (see „man vzdump“)

Hi,
I wonder if it's possible to make copy of vm (so the first one would some thing like template for 2nd) when using KVM. I think it would be easier with openVZ but, I would prefer KVM because of machine configuration flexibility.

I'm not sure if it makes any difference but I use lvg (over DRBD) for storage.
