[PVE-User] Change IP Address and Hostname

IP Address:  If it's not in a cluster, you can just change it in
/etc/network/interfaces

Hostname:  Afaik this is not officially supported.  I've done it
myself, but it's not straightforward.  Again, if the server is in a
cluster it's going to be more difficult.  If you have VZs, after
changing the hostname you will have to move the
/etc/pve/nodes/oldhostname directory to /etc/pve/nodes/newhostname and
restart the services (or the server) or you will not be able to access
the previous VZs.  Again, that's how I did it, but afaik it's not
officially supported to do so.  Remember also to change /etc/hosts
