H,

Yeas this is possible, just make sure you change the hosts file as pve uses this to determine the ipads for the cluster.

Subject: [PVE-User] Change IP Address and Hostname

Hi all,

Happy New Year....Soon :-)

I have 2 questions, one of them I think I know the answer to.

1.) Is it possible to change the IP address of a PVE Server? My gut tells me that its not, but perhaps there is a way that I don't know of.

2.) Is it possible to change the hostname of a server from server.domain1.com to server.domain2.com?

Thanks,

__________
David
