[PVE-User] Proxmox 2.2 hardware support

Hi, 

We installed Proxmox 1.9 -> 2.1 -> 2.2 on IBM bladecenter with hs21 blades, and
it is working correctly, as you know proxmox is Debian. 
There was problem with install as standard Debian 6.0.6 has no some third party
firmware (it is not in official install depending on Debian policy). This
firmware is released separately. 
After pointing firmware installation finished successfully.
