[PVE-User] Linux ubuntu KVM VNC issue

it is Ubuntu 10.10
yes both are same
no, using rtl8139
of course i tried it and it it is working like a charm in webGUI. only
direct access to VM IP via VNC client  is black otherwise things are working
fine.
