[PVE-User] expand Memory

Hello all,... 


After installed Proxmox v1.8 and i want to install guest OS (with KVM
format). The problem is, i want resize capasity of HDD and swap memory.
Anybody can help me, how to expand or resize the capasity of swap memory
and  HDD. you can see this below:

krypton:~ # df -h
