[PVE-User] Proxmox, Lustre, and GUI-migration screencast

Thanks a lot to everyone for the interest expressed in our tweaking of 
Proxmox to support Lustre.  I received numerous requests (many more than 
I anticipated) for a follow-up screencast showing Proxmox augmented with 
Lustre to accomplish online migration using the Proxmox GUI.
