[PVE-User] Windows 2000 Series installations

So after fiddling with this thing for a couple of days off and on, I have finally been able to get this going, so it might work for others.

My config(s) are as follows:
Windows 2K3 and Windows XPPS2 (both 32 Bit)

In the hardware configuration, I have pointed my first boot disk to be the CD-ROM and the third boot disk to be the CD-ROM (If available)
As well, as opposed to hosting the VM on my internal DRBD drives, I have just running them off the internal disks on each server. 

It seems to be running OK so far. 

I am also going to try the same hardware settings as well with a config pointed to my DRBD volume and see it also works.

Hopefully this helps someone else having the same issue as me with version 1.9
