[PVE-User] Windows 2000 Series installations

Yes, same problem ! Stop the VM and start it again... reboot the VM didn't
work ! (proxmox 1.9 and 2.0 beta)

I remember that on proxmox 1.5 and 1.8, a simple reboot was ok...
