[PVE-User] Quick request - How can I limit upload bandwidth available to a VM either from VM or from Proxmox mother?

Hi Everyone,

I need to quickly limit all upload from a CentOS VM to test something. Is
there a package for CentOS that allows me do this? if not can I limit the
upload for the VM using Proxmox mother?

Please give me your input.
