[PVE-User] PVE-OpenVZ as a guest in PVE-KVM

Hi Daniel,

We had tried it, but for some reason the PVE running under KVM would
always lose its network connection after a while, and the only way to
fix it was to reboot the KVM.  I'd be open to testing it some more,
but we weren't able to figure out what was causing the problem.
