[PVE-User] 2.6.18 much less performance than 2.6.24 ?

Yesterday, following the recomendations, we decided to switch form the
2.6.24 kernel to 2.6.18 in all of our hardware nodes (3). Immediately
we notice a high increassion of load and response time in most
containers. After one hour we decide go back to 2.6.24 .
