I just did a few test with win2003-64 and I can confirm the problems with reboots. Sometimes it's working, sometimes not (not related to network or cpu).
I never seen this on 32-bit win2003 and also win2008 64 bit is better here.
I suggest you wait for the next release (including a new KVM version). As soon as KVM-85 is released we will do intense testing here as always and I post the result with win2003-64 here, hopefully improvements.
