[PVE-User] Stopping the system (0.9) caused qemu service does not stop

Hi All,

I expected that, when I stop the system (reboot, poweroff), stopping the
qemu service hangs the computer.
It stops at that point and hangs. Only the hardware reset helps.

I have no qemu machine, that is totally empty.

Is this a known bug/feauture?

I think, I can stop this service manually and block to start to avoid
this problem, but not so fine solution :)

How can I help you to catch the problem?
