[PATCH container 0/1] Fix DHCPv6 Router Advertisement handling

This patch fixes DHCPv6 in LXC containers by enabling Router
Advertisement acceptance for DHCPv6 configurations. Previously,
accept_ra was only enabled for 'auto' mode, breaking DHCPv6.
