Not a method - just a regular function. (iow. called via
`PVE::RS::OCI::parse_and_extract_image`.

Methods would be `$an_instance->parse_and_extract_image(…)` and `Class
methods` would be `PVE::RS::OCI->parse_and_extract_image(…)`.
