Hi Fiona,

I have done a lot of test yesterday, I don't have found bug

tested:
- hotplug/unplug
- cdrom swap , cdrom none->iso , iso->none  (no more error)
- cloudinit refresh
- backup to file/pbs , fleecing device
- restore from file/pbs , live restore
- move disk between different storage
- live migration with local storage through nbd (secure && insecure)
- resize (it's ok now)
