couldn't we set 'PROXMOX_FORCE_SCHEMA_VALIDATION' in pve-doc-generator's 
*api-verified targets and drop DEB_BUILD_ARCH here? seems a bit 
arbitrary, and who knows what exports DEB_BUILD_ARCH into production 
environments..
