Yes, an current version of doc-generator, but I had one and it still did
not worked, problem was: it was self build, without the newest manager
forcefully installed, thus it was not as current (or better, complete)
as its version let me belief - and a update/full-upgrade did not pull in
the new correct package as it wasn't newer then my local installed one.

Anyway, I can keep this, or an PERLLIB export, only locally here on my
dev host - works for me, as it solved _this_ build problem.
