in case of patches to repo FOO that require a parallel fix & bump of
pve-doc-generator, a versioned build dependency (in FOO to
pve-doc-generator >= fixed_version) at least makes it obvious that the
bug is not in package FOO, but that the build environment needs to be
updated..
