[pve-devel] Use "virtIO scsi single" when "IO-Thread" is checked ?!

Hello,
I noticed that when i create a new VM and select under "hard disc" the bus
type "SCSI" and check the "IO-Thread" proxmox doesnt automatically use the
scsi controller type "virtIO scsi single", instead always the normal
"virtIO scsi" (without single).

So if i understand the pve-docs correctly the scsi controller type "virtIO
scsi" is ok when i not check the "IO-Thread "but when it is checked it is
recommended to use "virtIO scsi single" right? If so, promox should
automatically check if IO-Thread is checked and choose "virtIO scsi single".
