[pve-devel] [PATCH docs 0/9] style and format cleanup

this cleans up various style, formatting, grammar, ... issues,
see individual patches for details

things which are not (yet) addressed (completely):
- cleanup of source material/generators for autogenerated content
- consistent spelling of terms like Posix, Unix, LXC, ..
- consistent format using listings for file contents and commands including output
- consistent usage of {pve} and other macros
- introduction of more macros
- format qm.adoc more like the rest of the documentation (e.g., labeled list)
- ... ?
