[pve-devel] Support for external fencing devices and manual fence

Hi developer team.

According to the roadmap for Proxmox VE 4.4,  and the announcement: "support
for external fencing devices"...

I would like to ask you if the manual fence wil be supported, because in
this web page...

... I read that this option is util and really necessary in certain cases.

At least for me, always to have this option available will give me more
peace of mind, bacause it is better to have it and not need it, than not
have it and need it.
