[pve-devel] low network speed and high ping times after upgrade to PVE 4.4

Hello,

after upgrading a PVE cluster from 3.4 to 4.4 i have some higher volume
vms which have high ping times even when they're on the same node and
slow network speed tested with iperf.

Has anybody seen something like this before?

20 packets transmitted, 20 received, 0% packet loss, time 19015ms
rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 0.170/6.428/32.135/7.640 ms

normal ping time would be between 0.1 - 0.2 but it jump very high and
quikly - while serving only around 6Mbit/s of traffic.

iperf shows only jumping 70 Mbit/s-300Mbit/s instead of 1000Mbit/s.
