[pve-devel] add cloudinit support to proxmox ?

Hi,

I wonder if we could add some kind of cloudinit support to proxmox.

It's already implemented in openstack,ovirt,rhev

and supported in almost all last guest distros (debian,centos, fedora, suse , and windows !)


could be usefull to setup hostname,timezone, ip address to client.
(we need to add some fields in vmid.conf, generate virtual iso or floppy for the first boot of the vm.


What do you think about it ?
